| 摘 要： | 在当前全球经济复苏加速的情况下,就业形势却没有获得实质性改善.失业率居高不下主要源于金融危机对就业的持续影响,无就业的复苏和无就业的经济增长模式,以及绿色就业短期效应的不确定性.破解就业难题需要实施高就业的经济增长战略,加强对劳动力的教育培训,以及实施就业数量和就业质量并重的就业政策.
