| 摘 要： | 收入分配在社会经济生活中起着重要的作用,收入分配与生产要素有密切的关系,劳动要素是一种对经济发展起决定性作用的生产要素,劳动生产要素的特点要求劳动要素不仅应获得价值补偿,还应获得剩余索取权,这必将极大地激发劳动生产要素的活力,提高劳动者的地位。

| Abstract: | Income distribution plays an important role in the life of social economy. Income distribution has close ties with production factor. Labor factor is a production one that can play a decisive role of economic development. The characteristics of labor production factor demands that labor factor not only get value compensation, but also get demand right on surplus. That will inspire the vigour of labor production factor and improve the laborers' position. |
