Abstract:In the end of the National Eleventh Five-Year Plan period,the jobs in the secondary and the tertiary industry account for 61.9% of the total amount of labor force.The group of wage earner has become the main part of labor force of China.During the next national twelfth five-year period,we should enhance the construction of coordination mechanism of collective labor relations,and focus on improving the system of labor law and labor policy under socialist market economy.
