| 摘 要： | 劳动竞赛是企业职工发挥主人翁精神、积极投身社会主义经济建设和企业改革发展的重要手段,也是实施群众性经济技术创新工程的基础,二者之间存在着继承与发展的关系。实施群众性经济技术创新工程必须继承劳动竞赛的精髓,并在此基础上对"创新工程"的动力机制、能力构架和创新空间等方面进行开拓、发展。

| Abstract: | Labor emulation drive is an important means that the workers and staff members give full play of masters' spirit and actively participate the socialist economic construction and enterprises' reform and development. It is a basis of implementing massive economic and technological Innovation Project. There is a relation of inheritance and development between labor emulation drive and Innovation Project. If we implement the Innovation Project, we must inherit the quintessence of labor emulation drive and develop driving force, capability structure, and innovation space of Innovation Project. |
