新时代劳动价值观研究

劳动是创造价值的唯一源泉，体现了人的本质特征。劳动既是人改造自然界的客观行为，也具 有人的主观目的性。从认识论的角度来看，可以从实然和应然两个层面来理解劳动价值，实然价值体现的是劳 动的物质财富价值，应然价值体现的是劳动的人文精神价值。马克思认为劳动是商品价值的唯一源泉，在新时 代的历史背景下，劳动的实然价值是人民群众有更多获得感的逻辑起点。幸福是人通过劳动得以实现自身价值 的主观感受，真正的劳动幸福体现为人的自由全面发展。扬弃异化劳动，重视幸福，实现劳动价值中实然与应 然的统一正是新时代劳动价值观的时代阐述。

Research on Labor Value in the New Era

As the only source of value creation, labor embodies the essential characteristics of human beings. It is not only an objective act of the human in transforming nature, but also a subjective goal of human beings. From the perspective of epistemology, the labor value can be understood from the two aspects of to-be and ought-to-be. The value of to-be embodies its value of material wealth, and the value of ought-to-be reflects its humanistic and spiritual value. As Marx pointed out that the labor is the only source of commodity value. Under the historical background of the new era, the real value of the labor is the logical starting point for people to have more senses of acquisition. As happiness is the subjective feeling that people can realize their own value through the labor, real labor happiness is shown in the free and all-round developments of human beings. Sublating the alienated labor, attaching importance to happiness, and realizing the unity of to-be and ought-to-be in the labor value are the time elaboration of the new era of labor values.
