Abstract:Along with social and economic development and industrial structure transformation,we should enhance legal adjustment of collective labor relations.However,the current labor law system has selective intervention in labor relations,means that the over-regulated individual labor relations and inadequate-regulated collective labor relations.The primary causes include the phase of economic development,the current labor law system and the pluralistic aims of collective labor relations adjustment.
