| Abstract: | Key Factor is Persons" is an important content of Deng Xiaoping's thought of personnel. Its spiritual essence includes two aspects. The first one is to lay stress on the role of persons. The second one is to pay attention to improving persons' overall quality. In the course of our socialist modernization construction, it has important theoretical and practical significance to use, manage, educate and improve persons' overall quality. |
