| 摘 要： | 创新是工会院校工作不竭的动力。为了更好地搞好工会干部培训工作 ,培养高素质的工会干部队伍 ,应着力于观念上、培训内容和方法上、培训领域和形式上的大胆创新 ,不断开拓工会干部培训工作的新思路 ,以适应社会主义市场经济和新形势下工会工作的需要。
