| 摘 要： | 在新的形势下,高校工会应以“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观为指导,坚持和完善教代会制度,保证教职工享有的民主权利;工会要切实履行维护职能,保障教职工的合法权益,为适应高教发展的要求,工会要加强自身建设与改革。

| Abstract: | Under the new situations,trade unions of universities and colleges should be guided by the important thinking of 'three representative' and the concept of scientific development,insist on and improve the system of teachers' congress,safeguard the democratic rights of teachers and staff.Trade union must fulfill its function of protection so as to protect legal rights and interests of teachers and staff.In order to adapt to the development of higher education,trade union should improve its organizational building and reform. |
