劳动法在立法技术上的缺陷及其完善

劳动法是劳动关系方面的基本法律,科学而完善劳动法能够规范劳动关系双方当事人的行为,调整劳动关系,促进劳动关系和谐而稳定的发展,促进社会经济的发展,乃至社会的稳定。反之,如果劳动立法不是很健全,不是很科学,势必会影响到劳动关系的调整和劳动关系的稳定。我国劳动法尚需完善。

The Deficiency of Labor Law in Legislation Techniques and its Improvement

The labor law is the basic law in industrial relations. Scientific and sound labor law can normalize the actions of people concerned, can regulate industrial relations, can promote harmonious and stable development of industrial relations, and can develop social economy and even social stability. On the contrary, if the labor law if not sound or not quite scientific, the readjustment and stability of industrial relations will be definitely affected, and which unfortunately is the case for labor law in China.
