| Abstract: | This paper elaborates the causes,steps,management methods and effectiveness of the activity of "Remove bad habits,execute standards,develop the habit of complying with regulation" organized by the trade union of Harbin Railway Bureau.The conclusion is that to develop good habit of operation is an important method of improving workers’ quality,good values of work safety is the important basis of ensuring work safety,and carrier innovation is the important precondition of the mass activity of work safety. |
