| 摘 要： | 职业教育是基础教育和高等教育的中介,在经济社会发展中具有重要作用。但我国的职业教育因各方面原因存在一系列问题,这就需要职业教育法制发挥保驾护航的作用,使其健康发展。要通过对国外职业教育立法的借鉴,健全我国职业教育法制的完善和发展。
