| 摘 要： | 人性化管理以及人文关怀一直都是上海社区工作的基本理念。在上海市F区社区矫正工作开展的"个别化"实践中,发现了矫正实施社会环境欠佳、专业人才介入和干预不足、执法权和机构的规范性和严肃性有待改善等问题,对此,可以从健全工作机制,改善与优化社工站功能等方面进行改进。

| Abstract: | Human-based management and humanistic concern have always been the basic principles of community correction in Shanghai. In the practice of individualized community correction in F district of Shanghai, several problems have been spotted, including unfavorable social environment, lack of professional involvement and intervention, unsatisfying standardization and seriousness of enforcement powers and institutions. To solve those problems, several measures can be taken, including strengthening the working mechanism,improving and optimizing the functions of social work station. |
