| Abstract: | The legislation of collective contract has drawn society-wide attenuon, ine issue oi common concern is the practical requirement rather than the theoretical problem. In the process of establishing socialist market economy setup, collective contract system plays an important role in respects of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of staff members, regulating and properly handling the labor relationship and maintaining the stability of the contingent of workers. |
