| 摘 要： | 在市场经济的发展进程中,侵犯职工合法权益屡有发生,而工会在维护职工合法权益的问题上还有许多不尽如人意的地方,这就要求工会组织不断建立和完善社会化维权机制,提升维权水平,增强维权职能,为构建社会主义和谐社会发挥作用。

| Abstract: | Under the circumstances of market-oriented economy,the legitimate rights and interests of some workers come under serious attack.However,function of trade unions is not effective.So it is of importance to improve the social system of safeguarding rights in order to build the socialist harmonious society and raise the professional level of trade union organizations at all levels. |
