| 摘 要： | 劳动关系是企业中最基本的利益关系,发展和谐劳动关系是构建和谐企业的基础。企业工会要以发展和谐劳动关系为主线,加强工会维权机制建设,同时要创新工作方法,从党的群众工作角度,调动职工积极性,依靠职工共建和谐企业。

| Abstract: | The labor relationship is basic in an enterprise.It is of great importance to develop the harmonious labor relationship for the establishment of a harmonious enterprise.In order to establish the harmonious enterprise and bring into full play the initiative of workers,trade union organization should safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of laborers in accordance with the law,and improve the work method. |
