为进一步推动顺义区各类企业参与"和谐劳动关系诚信企业"、"和谐劳动关系诚信工业园区"的创建活动,切实发挥工会在企业构建和谐劳动关系过程中的重要作用,依照《工会法》、《劳动法》等法律法规的相关规定,协调企业劳动关系,维护职工合法权益,共谋企业发展,促进顺义区经济社会和谐稳定持续发展,顺义区总工会、顺义区劳动和社会保障局、顺义区企业联合会、顺义区工商业联合会联合下发了《顺义区企业工会协调劳动关系办法》。

Establishing Harmonious Labor Relations and Maintaining A Good Momentum of Economic Growth

To promote the establishment of Enterprise and Industrial Park of Good Faith,it is necessary to bring into play the role of trade unions in the establishment of harmonious labor relations.To maintain a good momentum of economic growth,it is of importance to actively coordinate the labor relations and firmly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of laborers according to law such as trade union law,labor Law,etc.Moreover, four departments of Shunyi district,including the Federation of Trade Unions,the Bureau of Labor and Social Security,the Association of Enterprises and the Association of Industry and Commerce,jointly issued Implemen- tation Measures on Labor Relations Coordination of Business Unions of Shunyi District.
