| 摘 要： | 从宏观上运用"项目管理"的思路和方法组织大型活动已屡见不鲜。在实践中发现,组织大型活动还可以从微观上进一步运用"项目管理"的技巧和思路,运用"项目任务分解书"制定"活动任务分解书"即是其一。运用"项目任务分解书"制定"活动任务分解书",就是以大型活动的四大元素为四个维度,将大型活动的总体任务按照时间先后、逻辑归类、足够细化、足够全面的原则层层分解至一个个具体可执行的任务单元。

| Abstract: | It is of great significance to use the thoughts and methods of project management for organizing a large-scale activity. The activity task breakdown plan is made on the basis of program task breakdown plan. And the activity task is decomposed into many subtasks in accordance with the principle of time, logic frame and all-round consideration. |
