| 摘 要： | 在北京市政设施信息管理系统中用ＧＩＳ管理市政设施，建立市政设施系统图形库、属性库，介绍了图形库与属性库的连接、系统的功能及特点。本文在对市政设施进行动态管理、系统的总体设计、编码技术及规则、服务模式和应用对象方面有创新。

It also covers the functions and characteristics of the GIS system. Innovation has been adopted in the dynamic management, overall design, encoding and its rules, service mode and target object. |
