| Abstract: | This paper mainly introduced the characteristics of mobile communication, the impact of electromagnetic radiation to the environment and people, the standard for electromagnetic radiation control, the principle of computing the impact distance for environment protecting during the processing of mobile communication station construction. The environment protection process and measures of mobile phone base construction are discussed too. |
