| Abstract: | As the economic reform is deepened, the reform of management system for environmental sanitation is carried out, including pushing the environmental sanitation to the market economy,separation the political responsibility and the enterprise responsibility, providing paid services, realizing three-level management, making and improving regulations suitable for the market economy. |
