| 摘 要： | 针对我国道路交通安全日益严峻的现状,在分析我国城市道路交通安全特点的基础上,探讨了交通管理和交通安全引导与反馈的相互关系.然后从安全系统工程的角度,提出通过制定交通管理规划解决交通安全的各种对策,对减少交通事故,提高交通安全宏观管理整体水平,具有一定的指导作用.
