| 摘 要： | 社会稳定是当代中国面临的重大问题,维护社会稳定是当代中国需要解决的重要任务.中国政党制度以"共产党领导、多党派合作,共产党执政、多党派参政"为基本特征,以合作协商为基本愿则.既体现了民主,又实现了集中,具有强大的社会稳定功能.必须不断发展和完善中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度,充分发挥中国政党制度的社会稳定功能.

| Abstract: | Social stability is a great issue in contemporary China, and maintaining social stability is an important mission at present. China’s political party system is characterized by the CPC’s leadership, multiparty cooperation, the Communist Party and multiparty politics, takes cooperation and consultation as the basic principles, not only embodies the democracy, but also achieves a centralization, with a strong function of social stability. China must constantly develop and improve multiparty cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of CPC, give full play of its social stability function. |
