| 摘 要： | 党内民主和人民民主是社会主义民主政治的基本内容,如何处理二者的关系是近年来学者讨论的热点问题。有的学者强调要发挥党内民主对人民民主的示范和带动作用;有的则提倡发挥人民民主对党内民主的推动作用和辐射效应;还有的学者突出二者的交互作用,认为二者要协同发展,不可偏废其一。其中,在党内民主与人民民主结合点的问题上,不同的学者也提出了不同的看法。

| Abstract: | Inner-party democracy and people’s democracy is the basic content of socialist democratic politics,and how to deal with the relationship between them is a hot issue in recent years.Some scholars stressed that the inner-party democracy should play an exemplary and leading role for people’s democracy;while others advocated that the people’s democratic should play a role of promoting inner-party democracy;some other scholars highlighted cooperative development,none can be neglected.Besides,different scholars put forward different views on the combination point of inner-party democracy and people’s democratic. |
