Guizhou,as a underdeveloped,resource-based province,must be firmly based on the rich resources to achieve the historic leap in economic and social development,establish a scientific resource concept and development concept,establish mechanisms of sustainable development,make effort to support the follow-up industry,speed up the urbanization and infrastructure construction,set up mechanism of social development,strengthen environmental improvement and ecological protection,enhance support on taxation and financial policies,promote the development transition in resource-based cities and regions,so that resource-based cities and regions could be on the way of sustainable and rapid development.
