| 摘 要： | 戒毒人员复吸率高是戒毒工作面临的一大难题。复吸率高主要由个人心理因素和社会环境因素所导致 ,要降低复吸率 ,一要做好禁毒工作 ,减少毒品来源和数量 ,二要提高戒毒成功率 ,三要充分发挥戒毒人员家庭的作用 ,四要做好社会帮教工作。
