| 摘 要： | 和谐警营是公安队伍的各个部分和各个要素处于一种相互协调的平衡发展状态,它具有关爱民警身心、弘扬警察文化、民警主体认同等基本特征。加强和谐警营建设,必须优化警力资源管理,构建科学考评机制,强化能力素质培养,创新思想政治工作,注重文化熏陶培育。
