| 摘 要： | 采用枯草杆菌蛋白酶作为血液中氯胺酮的酶水解剂,通过优化实验条件,紫外可见分光光度法定量分析比较获取最佳分离提取条件,提取率达97%。定量分析表明,当其浓度控制在0μg/mL~20μg/mL时,吸光度与浓度的关系符合Lamber-beer定律,相关系数96%。
