关于警事科学的几个基本问题

警事科学简称警事学 ,是研究警务的本质和规律并用于指导警务的准备和实施的科学 ,其根本任务是从客观实际出发 ,透过极其复杂的警务现象 ,探索警务的性质和规律。警事学包括警事思想、警事学术和警事技术科学三个部分。其中警事学术包括警事政策学、警事行政学、警务学、警制学、警事教育训练学、警事指挥学、警事保障学、警事环境学、警事史学、比较警事学等学科。警察学 (警务学 )应该是警事学中一门具体的学科 ,公安学则是与警事学相关但又差异很大的有待创建的另外一门关于人类社会安全问题的学科。在战争话题远不如安全话题受人普遍关注的当今 ,研究如何谋求和维护人类社会所有合法利益主体的安全利益的警事学 ,应该比研究如何取得战争胜利的军事学还要迫切和重要

Several Basic Points in Police Science

Police science is one concerning the essence and regulations of police and guiding its preparation and implement. Its basic task is to explore the essence and regulation of police service through complicated phenomenon based on facts. Police science consists of three parts: police ideology, police art, and police technology. Police art includes the science of police policy, police administration, police service, police system, police education and drilling, police commanding, police warranty, police environment, police history, and comparative police science. The police theory should be a specific subject of police science. The social safety theory is another subject concerning human security, which is related to but different from police science. At present, the topic of war draws far less attention than security, therefore, the research on police science to seek and secure the security rights of all legal subjects should be more urgent and important than military science to win the war.
