倡建流动人口学

我国有着丰厚的人口资源,特别是农村的剩余劳力,为现代化建设提供廉价劳力,同步出现许多新的社会问题。目前我国流动人口研究尚处于松散状态,仍未能建立新的研究机制,流动人口学的创建将为此提供新的理论基础及对策出路。该学科的创建,既是适应新的时代的需求,也是为着社会发展的需要。

A Proposal of Establishing a School of Floating Population

China is rich in human resources,in particular surplus labor force in the countryside,which leads to new social problems while providing sufficient and cheap labor for socialist construction.At present,the research on floating population is till in its early stage and the new research mechanism has not been set up yet.So the article believes that a school of floating population should be established,which will lay a new theoretical foundation and provide an approach as to the problem.
