基于“CTAR”模型的后疫情时期精准防控机制研究

当前,我国疫情防控进入以防输入为主的"后疫情时期",并且这一时期将持续很长一段时间。大数据、人工智能、5G等信息技术为打赢后疫情时期防控战役提供了强有力的支撑。应在研究国内各地区信息化疫情防控措施基础上,结合现阶段疫情防控特点,采取集信息采集(Collection)、疫情追踪(Trace)、疫情风险态势感知(Awareness)和决策响应(Response)于一体的"CTAR"疫情防控模型,探讨基于多部门联动的疫情数据真实性验证及基于三维社区的疫情精准管控机制,为快速、精准和高效阻断病毒传播、稳定疫情、推进复工返学工作顺利开展保驾护航。
