摘    要:当前,我国疫情防控进入以防输入为主的"后疫情时期",并且这一时期将持续很长一段时间。大数据、人工智能、5G等信息技术为打赢后疫情时期防控战役提供了强有力的支撑。应在研究国内各地区信息化疫情防控措施基础上,结合现阶段疫情防控特点,采取集信息采集(Collection)、疫情追踪(Trace)、疫情风险态势感知(Awareness)和决策响应(Response)于一体的"CTAR"疫情防控模型,探讨基于多部门联动的疫情数据真实性验证及基于三维社区的疫情精准管控机制,为快速、精准和高效阻断病毒传播、稳定疫情、推进复工返学工作顺利开展保驾护航。

Abstract:at present,China's epidemic prevention and control has entered a"post-epidemic period"dominated by prevention of importation,and this period will last for a long time.Big data,artificial intelligence,5G and other information technologies have provided strong support for winning the post-epidemic prevention and control campaign.It is necessary to study on domestic regional informatization based on epidemic prevention and control measures,combining with the characteristics of epidemic prevention and control at present stage,take the Collection of information acquisition(Collection),track(Trace),outbreak epidemic situation Awareness(Awareness)and risk decision-making of Response(Response),which integrates"CTAR"epidemic prevention and control model,discussed based on department of epidemic situation data authenticity verification and precise control mechanism based on 3 d community outbreak,for fast,accurate and effective to prevent the spread of the virus,stable disease,promote the escort to return to work to return to learn work smoothly.
