| 摘 要： | 随着国有公司、企业改革步伐的加快,国有资产流失问题日益严重,其中徇私舞弊低价折股、出售国有资产导致的国有资产流失应引起高度关注。徇私舞弊低价折股、出售国有资产犯罪案件具有犯罪主体的特殊性、危害后果严重、内外勾结、与其他犯罪相互交织等特点。这一犯罪案件的作案手段具有多样性。侦查工作应从询问举报人及其他知情人等方面展开,并采取一定的取证措施和技巧。
