| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会是党的执政理念,与阶级斗争为纲相比体现了不同的世界观、利益取向,对待利益差别的不同态度和实现共同富裕的不同道路。作为国家权力组成部分的警察,应与执政党在政治上保持一致,更新在阶级斗争年代形成的警察理论,促进和谐社会的构建。

| Abstract: | It is the reigning principle of the Party to construct a balanced society. Compared to taking class-fight as the principle, this idea demonstrates an absolute different value towards the world. As a tool of reign, police should be identical in political policy with the reigning party. The police should try to adjust the thoughts formed in the wartime, promoting the construction of a balanced society. |
