| Abstract: | This paper discusses the similarities and differences on the aspects of legislative objective,principle and content between West multinational countries' autonomous legislation and nationality legal system work of China.Seriously summing up and studying west national countries' autonomous legislation has important theoretical and practical significance that China further strengthens national legal system,and upholds and improves the system of national regional autonomy. |
