贵州省水电库区民族传统文化加剧衰落问题与对策

贵州省的水电库区,大多位于该省的多民族贫困地区。这些地方的各主体少数民族,经过漫长的历史变迁,由于自然和社会的原因,使其原本完整的民族传统文化已经趋于支离破碎,处于衰落状况。现今,又由于水电资源的开发,更使各少数民族传统文化加剧衰落甚至走向消亡。为了遏止贵州水电资源开发中少数民族传统文化的加剧衰落,应当采取相应对策,对少数民族移民的特殊性给予特别关注。

Traditional Ethnic Culture Being Aggravated to Decline in Storage Ares of Hydropower and Electric Power in Guizhou Province: Problems and Countermeasures

Storage sreas of hydropower and electric power in Guizhou province mostly lie in poor multi-ethnic regions.The traditional ethnic culture in those regions,which was ever intact,has already been in a condition of devline because of natural and social reasons.Now,the development of hydropower and electric power further aggravate traditional culture of local ethnics to decline even to die out.In order to pevevnt such phenomenon,we must take some countermeasures and pay close attention to specific characteristics of ethnic emigrants.
