| 摘 要： | 云南省怒江州虽然交通不便、自然条件恶劣、社会经济发展滞后，但其具有得天独厚的自然景观和民族历史文化所构成的特有人文景观，发展旅游支柱产业具有极大的潜力和广阔的前景。可以通过调整优化产业结构，多渠道融资，科学规划、保护性开发生态旅游产品，积极发展边贸旅游等手段，大力加快怒江州旅游业的发展，并促进地方经济的发展，带动当地群众脱贫致富。

| Abstract: | Although Nujiang Prefecture of Yunnan province has inconvenient transportation, adverse nature condition and backward development of social economy, its specific humane landscape constituted by richly endowed antural scenery and ethnic historical culture has great potentialities and broad prospects to develop tourism. By way of regulating and optimizing industrial structure, circulating funds from various channels, making a scientific programme, protectively developing ecololgical tour products and vigorously developing touris m of frontier trade, the tourism of Nujiang prefecture could make rapid development, improve local economy and bring along the local masses to shake off poverty and build up a fortune. |
