| Abstract: | Industry in minority area now is at a low level relatively because of its poor ability of creation, small scale of enterprises and being lack of enterprisers. Methods to these problems mainly are to enforce basic industry installation construction, to reform existing state - owning enterprises and to build up a system of production support. |
