民族地区乡村振兴的贵州实践

贵州是多民族省份,民族文化资源丰富、生态环境良好,但由于历史、地理等原因,长期以来人们思想封闭、观念落后,经济社会发展滞后。随着市场经济的高速发展,城乡居民消费已经转型升级,正由数量型向质量型转变、由温饱型向健康型转变,这种转变带来了居民消费革命、市场革命,继而带来农村产业革命。在贵州民族地区实施乡村振兴战略,就必须解放思想,对传统产业进行革命,培育发展新型经济,深挖民族特色文化,大力发展民族特色文旅产业,为乡村振兴提供动力源泉,同时还要注重乡村振兴的多样性、主体性、文化性,确保振兴后乡村的特色,推动乡村振兴战略的实施取得实效。

On the Practice of Rural Revitalization in Ethnic Areas of Guizhou

Guizhou is a multi-ethnic province with rich ethnic cultural resources and good ecological environment.However, due to historical and geographical reasons, people have been closed-minded, backward in concept and lagged behind in economic and social development for a long time. With the rapid development of market economy, the consumption of urban and rural residents has been transformed and upgraded. It is changing from quantity type to quality type and from food and clothing type to health type. This transformation has brought about the resident consumption revolution,the market consumption, and then the rural industrial revolution. To implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization in Guizhou ethnic areas, we must emancipate our minds, revolutionize traditional industries, cultivate and develop new-type economy, dig deeply into the culture with national characteristics, vigorously develop the cultural tourism industry with national characteristics, and provide the power source for rural revitalization. At the same time, we should pay attention to the diversity, subjectivity and culture of rural revitalization to ensure the rural characteristics after the revitalization, and to achieve practical results in promoting the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization.
