特色村寨建设中民族文化资源开发补偿机制研究

少数民族文化是少数民族生产生活的重要组成部分,是国家利益和国家战略的重要组成部分。当前通过对民族文化资源开发利用推进民族村寨建设取得一定成绩,但由于文化机制创新不足也存在一些问题。文章分析了构建民族文化补偿机制的必要性和重要性;对补偿的原则、标准和方式进行详细阐述;提出了民族文化补偿机制的保障措施,主要包括制度保障、法律保障、财力保障、参与保障等四个方面。论文通过对村寨建设中民族文化资源补偿机制的探讨,以期对村寨建设中少数民族群众利益的实现提供新的思路。

Research on Compensation Mechanism of Ethnic Cultural Resources Development in Characteristic Village Construction
