民族地区老年教育服务供给体系建构

加强民族地区老年教育服务供给体系的建构迫在眉睫,在正视民族地区老年教育服务起步晚、各种机制不成熟等现状基础上,以当前民族地区老年教育服务供给体系中存在的教育机构相对单一、教育内容和形式相对松散、教学模式两极化严重、服务主体意识缺失、服务供给意识淡化、机制保障缺乏等问题为出发点,从立足老年教育规划,健全教育服务供给体系;立足民族区域文化,突出民族老年教育特色;依托民族教育布局,构建老年教育支持体系;依托老年教育规划,推动老年教育的持续发展等方面,加强教育服务供给,切实推进民族地区老年教育服务供给体系的构建。

The Construction of The Supply System of Geriatric Education Services in Ethnic Areas

It is urgent to strengthen the construction of the supply system of geriatric education services in ethnic areas. On the basis of facing the current situation of the late start of geriatric education services in ethnic areas and the immaturity of various mechanisms, this paper takes the existing educational institutions in the supply system of geriatric education services in ethnic areas as relatively single, relatively loose contents and forms of education, serious polarization of teaching modes, and lack of service subject consciousness. Starting from the weakening of service supply consciousness and the lack of mechanism guarantee, we should strengthen the supply of education services from the following aspects: based on the planning of education for the aged, improving the supply system of education services;based on the national regional culture, highlighting the characteristics of education for the aged;relying on the layout of national education, building the support system of education for the aged;relying on the planning of education for the aged, promoting the sustainable development of education for the aged, and so on. We should conscientiously promote the construction of the supply system of geriatric education services in ethnic minority areas.
