| 摘 要： | 风险投资是当代促进科技发展，使科技走向产业化的重要推动力和孵化器。在充分了解认识贵州资源、产业、科技和体制等各方面特点的基础上，采取相应对策，创建与这些特点相适应,有贵州特色的风险投资，是西部大开发中贵州迫切需要解决的重要问题。

| Abstract: | Risk investment is motive force and incubator which promote contemprorary scientific and technical development and make science and technology industrialize. We should fully realize many-sided characteristics on Guizhou's resourses, industrials, science and technology, structures as well. O n the basis of these characteristics, founding risk investment with Guizhou char acteristics is urgent for Guizhou in China's western development strategy. |
