民族地区城市体系优化模型分析

运用SPSS软件对2000-2009年期间民族地区城市体系等级规模结构演变进行位序规模模型分析。研究发现民族地区城市体系分布呈低水平序列分布,薄弱环节在等级序列的两头:一是缺乏位序最高的超大城市,特大城市数量和规模有限;二是位序最低的小城市力量薄弱。城市规模空间分布极不平衡,发展过程有明显的区域差异,集聚度不够。民族地区城市体系优化的基本思路是重点发展低位序的小城市,发挥其在城乡统筹中的重要作用;促进特大城市向超大城市晋级,形成具有辐射带动作用的城市群,增强城市集聚能力,实现大中小城市和小城镇协调发展。

Model Analysis on Optimizing Urban System of Ethnic Region

Using SPSS,this paper analyzes urban system structure evolvement of ethnic region from 2000 to 2009 by rank-size model.This paper finds a low level of rank-size rule with two weak terminals: one is lacking super cities in highest order with limit sum and size of megacity;another is weak small cities in the lowest order.Additionally,unbalance and regional difference of the urban size distribution,lack of agglomeration.The idea of optimizing urban system of ethnic region is to take small cities in as key development and play their important role in urban and rural overall planning;promote the megacity to supercity,develop urban agglomeration with radiation and driving function,improve the urban agglomeration power,realize a urban system with harmonious cities and towns.
