| 摘 要： | 土家族习惯法文化是土家族长期生产生活积累所成,虽然没有形成全面系统的法治思想和法律制度,在民间仍然产生了若干经验性的法治观念,族规家法,民约民规。它对土家族人在精神上、心理上和观念上具有强烈的亲切感和认同感。是一种重要的法文化本土资源,是支撑土家族习惯法存在的精神理念。

| Abstract: | Legal culture of the Tujias' customs is formed during the long-term production and living, Though it hasn't shaped systematic legal thinking and legal rules, there are still many strict legal ideas and clan regulations evolved among the people which make the Tujia people have strong feeling of kindness and similarity on spirit, psychology and concept. Legal culture of the Tujias' customs is an important local resource and it sustains spiritual ideas of common law of the Tujias. |
