试论民族地区高等师范院校的科研发展策略

民族地区高等师范院校在科研方面存在许多现实性问题,必须抓住机遇,加快科研的改革与发展步伐。要准确定位科研;以人为本,注重科研队伍建设;建立长效机制,鼓励科研创新;建立科研机构和研究基地,促进学科建设;政府应尽快实施对民族地区高师院校的科研评估工作;应加强产、学、研的有机结合,为地方经济社会发展服务。
