| 摘 要： | 民族关系的发展本质上是相关民族的内生变量与其外在的各种制约因素相互影响、相互作用的动态过程。内因是变化的根据。相关民族自身的经济状况、政治文明程度、文化样态、人口结构、民族素质、民族意识等是制约民族关系发展的决定因素。不断优化各民族的内生变量,是构建平等、团结、互助、和谐的社会主义民族关系的根本途径。
