社会资本与民族和谐

社会主义和谐社会的构建更离不开民族和谐,发展和谐的民族关系是我国民族政策的核心。然而,仅仅依靠宏观上的指导很难实现真正意义上的民族和谐。丰富的社会资本能使各民族成员自觉并自愿地服务于公共利益,促进社会调剂,以促进民族平等;并使各民族拥有大量信任与社会关系网络,增强民族合作与发展;同时能调节自治区域成员间遵纪守法的自觉行为,使其内部保持稳定,实现民族自治。

Social Capital and Harmonious Nationalities

Without harmonious nationalities,it is imopssible to build up harmonious socialism.Developing harmonious relations between nationalities is the role of nucleus of our national policy.However,it is difficult to establish real harmonious nationalities to depend on macro-guide.Abundance of social capital enables all the national members serve public interest by their conscientious,which not only imporves social relief and equality between nationalities but also help all the nationalities have lots of trust and social relationships.Simultaneity,it can adjust the voluntary actions between the members of all municipality to observe disciplines and law to keep the inner stabilization and implement national autonomy.
