| 摘 要： | 本文运用广义基础设施的概念,指出西部民族区域开发的根本出路在于基础设施建设———但不是传统的“经济基础设施”,是包括制度基础设施和社会基础设施在内的广义基础设施。文章认为不管是西部大开发还是西部民族区域开发,成功的关键在于制度基础设施与物质基础设施的协调发展。

| Abstract: | This paper brings to bear the concept of the generalized infrastructure that includes traditional economical infrastructure,institutional infrastructure and social infrastructure.The construction of the generalized infrastructure is an easy way to promote a development of the west minority region.However,it is necessary to make a harmony development linking the institutional infrastructure with the material infrastructure. |
