两种体制下的中国城市妇女就业

伴随中国社会的巨大变革,中国的经济发展也经历了计划体制和市场体制两种不同的运作机制。体制的变革不仅对中国城市妇女的经济参与方式和社会经济地位产生了巨大的影响,而且对改变和重新建构城市家庭性别分工模式的影响也是复杂和深远的。本文从就业权利的获得和保障、职业发展和性别隔离、同工同酬和按劳分配、劳动保护和职业安全四个方面分析了这种变化,并对其影响机制进行了剖析。

The Employment of China′s Urban Women Under Two Systems

With the great change coming over Chinese society,China's economic development is witnessing two dif-ferent operation mechanisms:the planned system and the market system.The system change is not only greatly af-fecting the mode of economic participation by China's urban women,but it is also exerting a complicated and pro-found influence on the change and restructuring of the pattern of work division between the sexes in urban fami -lies.This paper analyses these changes from four aspects-the acquisition and guarantee of the right to employ-ment,occupational development and gender segregation,equal pay for equal work and distribution according to work,as well as labor protection and occupational safety,complete with an analysis of the impacting mechanism of these changes.
