妇联组织参与社会管理和公共服务是推动科学发展、构建和谐社会、发展社会主义民主政治的要求。在实施中,必须与依照法律和妇联章程开展工作、维护群众合法权益的要求联系在一起,正确处理好与政府、其他团体及妇女群众的关系;必须与扩大人民民主、保证人民当家作主的要求联系在一起,抓住决策、执行和评估三个环节来实施参与;必须与着力保障和改善民生、推进社会体制改革、促进社会公平正义、推动建设和谐社会的要求联系在一起,找准工作定位。

Participation of Women's Federation in social management and public service meets the demand for promoting scientific development,building a harmonious society,and constructing socialist democratic politics.In practice,women's federations should observe law and the federations' mandates,combining with protecting women's legitimate rights and properly handling the relationship between government and other social organizations,on one hand,and on the other,women's federations.It is also important to expand people's democracy in connection with people's demand to being masters and incorporate the three stages of designing,implementing and evaluating into the process of participation of women's federations in social management and public services.It is also important for women's federations to work to improve living standards,promote social reforms in order to attain social equity and justice in building a harmonious society.
