对甘肃东部赵村择偶问题的人类学调查--甘肃山区择偶过程中的女性

赵村是甘肃省东部地区一个典型的山区村庄。因社区闭塞,交通不便,生活条件艰苦(2000年赵村年人均纯收入780元),赵村青年男子的择偶面临很多困难。外村女子不愿嫁到赵村来,包括赵村在内的山区女孩希望嫁到地理条件相对较好的村落去,这样,地理条件和经济条件等作为负面资源一方面影响了赵村男子在婚姻市场上的配偶供给,另一方面提高了妇女在婚姻市场上的价值。但是,赵村的情况说明,妇女在婚姻市场上的高价值并不等同于其在社会生活中的高地位。

An Anthropological Investigation on Spouse Choosing in Zhaocun Village in Eastern Gansu--Women in Spouse Choosing in Gansu's Mountain Areas

Zhaocun is a typical mountain village in east Gansu Province. In this inconveniently located area, living conditions are hard(annual net income per capital in 2000 being a mere RMB 780), landing young men there in a very difficult position in choosing spouses. Girls of other villages are reluctant to marry boys of Zhaocun, while girls in mountain villages including Zhaocun all wish to marry boys in villages with better geographical conditions. Thus, on the one hand geographical and economic conditions as negative resources affect the supply of spouses for Zhaocun's men on the marital market, while on the other enhancing women's value on the marital market. The situation in Zhaocun, however, indicates that the high value of women on the marital market does not necessarily mean that they enjoy high positions in social life.
